Anne Marie's Spareribs

Place rigs in open pan in hot oven 450 - 30 minutes.

Drain sauerkraut - Replace with beer - 1/2 c.

Put sauerkraut in bottom of pan with spareribs on top.  Cover tightly.  Bake 1-1/2 to 2 hrs. at 350.
