Shrimp Dip - Peggy Bealafeld

Beat:  1 egg slightly

Add:
1 T. vinegar
1 T. water
1 T. sugar

Stir over low heat about 2 min. or until slightly thick.

While warm, pour over 1 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese.

Min in 1 can chopped shrimp & grated onion (or, use crabmeat).

Chill.

Serves 8
